1st Annual Virginia Week for the Animals 
is Coming June 6-14, 2015!


The dynamic week will underscore community spirit throughout Virginia as the citizens and welfare organizations join together to help and celebrate the amazing animals.


Animal World USA is pleased to announce that the 1st Annual Virginia Week for the Animals is scheduled from June 6-14, 2015. The dynamic week will underscore community spirit throughout the state as the citizens and welfare organizations join together on behalf of the amazing animals.

Virginia Week for the Animals will be spotlighting humane organizations, shelters, sanctuaries, businesses, students, advocates, community leaders, decision makers and caring citizens in an action-packed, compassionate week of fun-filled activities for the animals!

A multitude of tail-wagging dog and fun-loving feline pet adoption events, summer festivals which include animal activities,  free and low cost spay/neuter opportunities, low cost micro-chipping, activities to help the horses and low cost wellness clinics to help the animals.

The Virginia Week for the Animals celebration will spotlight approximately 75-100 events/activities. It will also include library displays for the children, animal book donations to libraries, metro area park events for the animals, wildlife activities, pet food/supply donations, veggie meetups, volunteer opportunities, a salute to the military and much more! 7th Annual Washington, DC Week for the Animals is coming May 23-May 31, 2015!


(Washington, DC) Animal World USA is pleased to announce that the exciting 7th Annual Washington, D.C. Week for the Animals will be celebrated May 23-May 31, 2015!

The dynamic week will underscore community spirit throughout the Washington, DC metro area as the citizens  and welfare organizations join together on behalf of the amazing animals. 

To further add to the excitement, George Washington University Law School will once again host the much-anticipated DC Animal Law Night event, featuring a panel of leaders, attorneys and advocates addressing current issues, that will be transformative to all in attendance.  Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall 
Caisson Horses and Walter Reed Army Medical Center animal-assisted therapy events will also be spotlighted all during the week!

The D.C. Week for the Animals will be spotlighting humane organizations, shelters, sanctuaries, businesses, students, advocates, community leaders, decision makers and caring citizens in an action-packed, compassionate week of fun-filled activities for the animals!

Throughout the week Kentucky animal shelters and humane organizations across the state will be hosting scores of exciting animal-related events in various locations. Kentucky citizens will be helping precious animals and bringing joy to communities.
